Course Introduction

Our course in Fitness Instructing teaches you the necessary foundational skills that all Personal Trainers require. You will learn how to coach and instruct gym based and outdoors exercise, including Free Weight Lifts, Resistance Machines, Fitness Training (including the use of CV machines) and body weight exercises. You will also learn how to develop flexibility and learn how to deliver mobility exercises and the use of a foam roller for myo-fascial release.. The course will also teach you client consultations, how to programme exercise to match clients goals, and how to establish the all important client rapport and retention.
